Wenjun Zhu
CEO
Wenjun leads Logynex and holds the final call on the systems we take on.

She joined after nearly six years as Smart Logistics Director for Europe at Cainiao, where she led the build-out of the parcel locker network across the continent. Before that, three and a half years at Alibaba running last-mile delivery for AliExpress in Central and Eastern Europe, carrying the on-time delivery rate as her own number.

That is a career spent on the buying side of automation rather than the selling side, which is why a Logynex conversation starts with the parcel profile and the operation around the machine.

Leading Logynex's delivery operations, from site survey and installation planning through commissioning and handover to the customer's team.

He joined after five years as a process engineer at Amazon, where he worked on throughput, flow and process improvement in high-volume sortation and fulfilment operations.

Jesus Lopez
Lead Systems Engineer
Leads the technical design and software behind Logynex's automation systems. He makes sure every part of the sorter, from the machines to the controls to the software, works together as one system.

He joined after roles at Siemens AG HQ in industrial automation software and consulting, and at Airbus Defense and Space, where he was embedded on-site with their Electronic Warfare team.

Moving between such different industries taught him to see the full picture. Machines, software, and people all have to work as one system, not in isolation.
